Mr. Keele has over 35 years of experience working in the Mining and Oil and Gas sectors. He has worked as an engineer, supervisor, project manager and executive for numerous companies located in Alberta and Saskatchewan in Western Canada.
Mr. Keele has been a key management player in the development of 2 mining operations from the ground up (+0.5B$ capital spend into operations). In the last 10 years he has been heavily exposed to corporate management and company financing through his position as director and officer of several companies.

Joe has over 20 years of experience in establishing and building companies. He has a proven track record in creating JV partnerships and has successfully built global enterprises spanning Dubai, India, Ireland/UK, Italy, South Africa. North America and Australasia.
He founded Trade Skills Global Recruitment Inc (TSG) providing skilled workers and technical professionals into EPC, upstream, mining and extraction industries. This business quickly grew into the UAE, Europe, Australasia and North America. He successfully formed a JV with True Blue Inc.(NYSE, 2.65 Billion USD market Cap) and assumed the role as CEO for Western Canada focused on heavy industrial and oil and gas staffing.
Joe then co-founded a private equity fund “Kaha Petro Innovations Inc” to cross thread local financial and European capital investments to develop technologies that improve profitability in a struggling energy industry.
Through Joe’s prominent role in connecting companies with key resources, he was elected on to several boards including Lagan Canada Inc subsidiary to Lagan Construction Group UK and Brooklyn Electrical Engineering Ltd.
He holds a BA Maori, BCA in Accounting and Maori Resource Management from Victoria University in Wellington.

Mr. Wright has nearly 40 years of Engineering experience within the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin with a variety of companies ranging from junior E&P’s like Cochrane Oil and Gas to senior multinationals like Texaco Canada, imperial Oil, Anadarko and ConocoPhillips. He has held management positions at many of the organizations he has worked for, always taking on a player coach type role in order to maintain his technical expertise. Most Recently, he was the Vice President of Engineering at Strategic Oil and Gas Ltd.
Mr. Wright has spent the majority of his career performing economic analysis for planning, budgeting, acquisitions and divestitures as well as reserves reporting. Doug has experience in both NI51-101 and SEC reporting requirements.
Mr. Wright is an active member in the Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers, having served as the Chapter President for the Calgary Chapter as well as serving on the international executive for the organization. He directed the effort to overhaul and modernize the Canadian Oil and Gas Evaluator’s Handbook from 2014 – 2018.
Mr. Wright has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary, an MBA from Athabasca University and is registered as a Professional Engineer with APEGA in Alberta.

Prior to joining the Invest Alberta Corporation, his role was Principal Advisor to the Premier of Alberta where his focusing on capital markets, investment, tax, sector diversification, Indigenous equity participation, environmental, social and governance matters. David has executive experience with various boards and commissions through his work at McKinsey, a global management consulting firm; Gerson Lehrman Group, a capital markets advisory and research firm; and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.He has held several non-profit and advisory board positions ranging from the Young Presidents Organization Pan-Asia chapter to the Sovereign Art Foundation.
David did his undergraduate work at the University of Lethbridge and holds a Master’s of Public Administration from Queens University, a Master’s in Law from Oxford University, and a PhD from Yale University where he held several teaching fellowships.

Mr. Martin has over 40 years of progressive experience, concentrating on the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin, working with a variety of companies ranging in size from multinational to micro-junior. Mr. Martin has taken on roles with increasing responsibility and seniority, spending most of the last 20 years in senior management roles, while maintaining technical skills necessary to carry out day to day operational and prospect evaluation type duties. Over his career, Don has successfully recommended the drilling of over 450 wells, with great economic success. Mr. Martin has broad experience in the areas of exploration, field development, A&D, strategic planning and drilling operations.
Don started his career as a junior geologist with PanCanadian Petroleum Ltd, a predecessor company to Encana Corp, recommending the drilling of his first successful exploration well within 3 months of beginning his career. Don worked with other members of the current management team at Tarragon Oil and Gas, CEC Resources and Carbon Energy Corp.

Greg Prendergast is the Managing Director of Richwater Global Organics Canada. Greg’s career spans over 40 years in intensive greenhouse production. Greg has been involved in the development and execution of new greenfield high-tech glasshouse developments both in New Zealand and Australia
Greg was the Head Grower for T&G Global, a 28ha glasshouse operation in NZ, managing production, labour, budgets and infrastructure asset management. Greg started his career in 1980 based in New Zealand, which included involvement in the management of large-scale greenhouse developments from 1990s-2003. This meant Greg frequently travelled and studied in the Netherlands to ensure the right technology was transferred into the New Zealand projects . Between 2003 and 2015 Greg was based in Australia, working with State and Federal Governments in developing new glasshouse technology. Greg as the Managing Director led the first high-tech Glasshouse built in Australia, starting in an industry that had zero high technology glasshouses to now being over 220ha of glasshouses spread across Australia growing tomatoes. At a young age Greg was introduced into horticulture by a horticulturally based family who had a farm in the Waikato, growing produce such as greenhouse crops, outdoor berries and vegetables crops.
